I have a long list of email addresses to validate, how do I do that?

You can validate up to 50,000 email addresses in one go using Email Verification Bulk Lookup or Email Verification Bulk API. Upload your email list in comma-separated values (CSV) format and download the verification results in CSV (for the lookup tool) and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) or Extensible Markup Language (XML) format (for the API).

Aside from disposable email addresses, what other things does your email verification tool check?

Our email validation products check if the email address was created using any of 2,000+ disposable email services, including GuerillaMail and 10MinuteMail. We also perform the following analyses on every email address you want to verify:

• Check if the email address contains syntax errors
• Perform an email-sending emulation technique to see if the email address can receive messages through the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP)
• Check for misspelled and curse words
• Make sure that the email address has corresponding Domain Name System (DNS) mail exchanger (MX) records
• Check if the email address is a catch-all
